Permjeet K. Dhaliwal

Permjeet Dhaliwal passed away peacefully at home on January 7, 2005 after a 
lengthy battle with breast cancer. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 
January 15, 2005, 9:30 a.m. 11:30 a.m., at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary, 2739 
Panama Lane, Bakersfield. The final prayers will be held at Sikh Temple, 2404 
South P Street, 661-397-8651, Bakersfield, at 12:30 on the same day. 

Permjeet Dhaliwal was born in India on March 14, 1945. She obtained the degree 
of Bachelor of Arts in Jagraon in 1967 and also Bachelor of Education in 1968. 
She was a teacher for a few years in India.

Permjeet was a very caring and generous person with a very big heart. She was 
a kind, loyal, sympathetic and warmhearted lady. She loved to shop and was an 
excellent housewife, mother and grandmother.

Permjeet Dhaliwal is survived by hr husband, Kulwant Dhaliwal; her son 
Gobinder; her daughter, Dupinder; daughter-in-law, Sukhjit and her loving 
granddaughter, Tanveer.

Her family would like to thank Dr. Bhangoo, Dr. Ciorolla and Western Pacific 
Ongology, nurses and staff for their good care and services. Special thanks to 
her sister-in-law, Mrs. Grewal Daljinder for her extravagant support and care 
during her suffering.

Permjeet will be dearly missed by her family and many friends, but will always 
remain in our hearts forever.
