Services: Tues., Jan 18, 10:00 A.M.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at San Clemente Mission, 1305 Water St., 
for Elaine Ayala, 57, who passed away January 11, 2005. Father Ralph 
Belluomini will officiate. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 
3700 River Blvd. 

Elaine was born on April 12, 1947, in Bakersfield. She spent her life as a 
homemaker. She enjoyed shopping and cooking for her family, most of all she 
enjoyed the quality time she spent with her grandchildren.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Esther Miranda; 
grandson, Shawn Ayala and nephew, Ely Barboza. She is survived by her 
children, Catarino Jr. and Cindy Ayala, Carlos and Leslie Ayala and Jose and 
Rosanna Sanchez; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild, Aurora Ayala; 
sisters, Linda Lopez and Vicky Garcia; brothers, Robert Miranda Jr. and Eddie 
Acevedo and numerous other family members and friends.

Elaine was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and 
friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Casket bearers will be Carlos Ayala, Catarino Ayala, Catarino Ayala Jr., Jose 
Sanchez, Chris Sanchez, Robert Miranda Jr., and Nicholas Gomez.

Visitation begins Monday, 5:00 9:00 P.M. at Greenlawn Mortuary.
