David Barboza
10/24/1959 - 01/10/2005 
Born in Lubbock, Texas

David was preceded in death by his father, Delfino Barboza Sr., and is 
survived by his mother, Antonia Barboza; four sons, David Jr., Michael, David 
Angel and Ely; and two daughters, Monique and Dominique; one grandson, Jayden 
Reeves. Also by six brothers, Delfino Jr., Antonio, Juan Pablo, Rumaldo (Roy), 
Camilo and Victor Barboza; and six sisters, Esperanza, Mercedes, Delia, Ninfa, 
Victoria and Violanda; and by numerous nieces and nephews. 

David has gone to join his father and he leaves us sad and heartbroken. He 
will be missed his sense of humor, his strength and his courage to face 
anything and anyone. His life was full of love, laughter and family.

David you have left us, but your legacy will live on. You were and always will 
be loved.

Recitation of the Rosary will be Tuesday, January 18 at 7:00 P.M. at Doughty-
Calhoun-OMeara Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 
at 9:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with interment following at Union 
Cemetery.
