Joyce L. Williams
1924 - 2005

Joyce was born June 30, 1924 in Oklahoma. She has been a resident of Kern 
County for the past 25 years. She worked on both campaign committees when 
Leroy Kleier ran for sheriff of Kern County, and also worked for two years at 
the County Fair as an auditor. 

Survivors include her loving husband of 27 years, Bill Williams. She will be 
missed by her step children and grandchildren.
