Services: Sat., July 10, 10 a.m.

Visitation services will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2004, from 5-8 p.m., at 
Candlelight Chapel, 1800 Brundage Lane, Bakersfield, California. 

Richard passed away from this life on June 29, 2004. He was born in Neodesha, 
Kansas on November 5, 1948. 

Richard was preceded in death by his parents. Richard resided here in 
Bakersfield from 1970 with his adopted family, Claude and Rosellen Carter. 
Upon their passing he came to live with Tim and Tina Carter. Richard is 
survived by his loving adopted family, Tim and Tina Carter, Brian and Nancy 
Carter, Kyle, Cecilia, Austin and Aaron Carter, Danny and Marilyn Carter, 
Terry and Cheryl Carter, Claude and Mabel Carter, who all reside here in 
Bakersfield.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 10, 2004, 10:00 a.m., at 
Greenlawn Cemetery, 3700 River Blvd.

Richard was loved by many and will be missed.
