Wilbert Heitzenroder was born in Key Port, New Jersey and he passed away in Bakersfield, California with his family by his side. Wilbert served 4 years in the U.S. Army during World War II. He enjoyed watching sports especially baseball. Wilbert was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years Clara Janet Heitzenroder; three brothers and 4 sisters and he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, John and Sue Heitzenroder; 2 grandchildren, John Jay and Donna Sue Heitzenroder; 6 great grandchildren; 3 sisters; and numerous other relatives and friends.
