She was born in Oct., 6, 1917 in Arnett, OK, and went to her eternal home on 
June 29, 2004. 

She was the beloved wife for 69 years of George Q. Allen. She is also survived 
by daughters Barbara Dutton and husband Jim of Bakersfield, Judy Allen of 
Fresno, and Charlotte Curtis and husband Leonard of Stockton.

She has 8 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, all of 
Arkansas; 1 brother in Connecticut and 1 in Sacramento, CA. She was preceded 
in death by 1 grandson and 1 great-granddaughter.

A memorial mass was celebrated in Fresno on Wednesday and graveside services 
will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bakersfield on Friday, July 9, 
2004, at 11:00 a.m. Father Craig Harrison will officiate.
