Gene V. Wingo
In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held for Gene V. Wingo. He is 
survived by his wife, Ramona; brother, James and wife, Lora; daughter, Debra; 
sons, Russell and Tracy; two grandchildren; a great-granddaughter and special 
nephew, Brett Coughran.

The family wants to thank Rita Carroll of Home Instead for all of her special 
care and friendship for Gene during his final months. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association 
or the Bakersfield SPCA
