Gladys Lawhorn Taylor Kelly
Services: Friday, July 9, 10 a.m.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 9, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at 
Hillcrest Memorial Park. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, July 8, 
2004, from 4-8 p.m., at Hillcrest Mortuary. 

Gladys was born on March 12, 1921, in Checotah, Oklahoma and went to be with 
the Lord on July 4, 2004, in Bakersfield, California.

Gladys is preceded in death by her parents, Huey and Pearl Lawhorn, sisters, 
Jewell Dean Work and Hazel Lawhorn. She is survived by her brothers, Emmitt 
Lawhorn, Alva Lawhorn and wife, Faye; sister, Mosell Lawhorn; brother-in-law, 
Henry Work; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Karen Taylor; grandchildren, 
Sean and Nicole Taylor.
