Lillian Irene Hunt
Services: Thurs., July 8, 2:30 p.m.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 
Panama Ln., Thursday, July 8, at 2:30 p.m., for Lillian Irene Hunt, 82, who 
passed away July 2, 2004. Rev. Larry Weatherley will officiate. 

Lillian was born June 21, 1922, in Tennessee and resided in Kern County for 65 
years. She loved to garden and roses were her favorite flower. Lillian always 
loved to have company especially her family. Mom was a wonderful cook, her 
fried chicken was award winning, no one could hold a candle to her. Moms 
entire life was devoted to her family. She will be missed by all who knew and 
loved her and in their hearts forever. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin A. Hunt Sr. and daughter, 
Emma Sue. Lillian is survived by her daughter, Marsha Lee of Bakersfield; sons 
and daughters-in-law, Marvin A. Hunt Jr. and Ruth, Lannie E. and Carrie Hunt 
all of Bakersfield, Robert E. and Violet Hunt of Barstow, Carl Dean and 
Michele Hunt, David L. and Jeannie Hunt, Daniel A. and Connie Hunt, Roger D. 
and Andrea Hunt and Earnest E. and JoAnne Hunt all of Bakersfield; 33 grand-
children; 31 great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters, Marie, Dorothy and Frances.

Visitation will begin today, July 7 at 5 p.m.
