Pastor Jnette Mulhause will officiate. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 Panama Lane and Hwy. 99. Mr. Fincher was born on November 12, 1947, in Bakersfield, and lived here all his life. He had worked in oilfield transportation and management for 30 years. Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Marion Denise Fincher, of Bakersfield; daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Robert Olivarez and Teresa and Manny Eugenio, all of Houston, TX, Desiree Fincher and Cassandra Rochelle Fincher, both of Bakersfield; grandchildren, Brooke Olivarez, Emily Olivarez, Kathryn Eugenio and Elizabeth Eugenio; mother, Georgia Pauline Fincher of Bakersfield; brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Cheryl Fincher of Westminster, CA; and aunt, Vera Drake of Escondido, CA.
