Aleman, II Sep. 2, 1978 - Feb. 22, 2005 Visitation for Ramon Aleman begins Sunday, February 27, 2005, at 3 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., with Holy Rosary by Conrad Chavez at 7 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 601 E. California Ave., on Monday, February 28, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. Ramon will be laid to rest next to his loving grandmother, Eusebia Aleman at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 Panama Lane and Hwy. 99. Ramon in preceded in death by his grandparents, Eusebia Aleman, Manuel G. Aleman, Josephine Cabe, and Willie B. Gomez; four uncles; and one special friend, Ernie Baltazar. Ramon loved being at family and friends birthday parties and gatherings. He especially liked to play the games at baby showers. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. His favorite music was Tupac, R. Kelley, Kanye West, and many more. Ramon loved going to low rider car shows and paying a lot of attention to his 1985 S-10 pick up. After graduating from Foothill High in 96, he attended Bakersfield College and San Joaquin Valley College. He worked at Manuels Casa de Mariscos, Jess Smith and Sons, and thanks to National Staffing Temp Service, he got hired full time at Urners Appliance until his tragic incident on June 24, 2001. Ramon leaves behind to cherish his precious memories, his parents who loved him so much and were always by his side caring for him until the Lord came to take his soul to rest his tired body, Manuel and Esperanza (Chita) Aleman; brothers, Manuel C. Aleman, Benny Aleman, and Michael Muniz; sisters, Stephanie Fierro and (always together sister) Angelica Aleman, all of Bakersfield, CA; four nephews; seven nieces; one great nephew; and godchild, Cheri Cisneros. Thank you Tia Lore who has always been there for Ramon and the family through long distance calls from Pasadena, TX, and her welcomed visits. Thank you to all the people involved in helping with Ramon the last three and a half years of his life, everyone at Delano Regional Acute Center, Health South, and Victims of Crime for never turning us down and always being there for Ramon and our family. Thanks to Around the Clock nurses, San Joaquin Pulmonary, and a special thank you to his doctor, Syed Alam, who was always there for Ramon and our family since day one. Thank you to our family and friends. Casket bearers will be Manuel C. Aleman, Benny Aleman, Ernie Gomez, Joseph Corona, Sr., Daniel Corona, Juan Carlos Olivas, Art Zepeda, and Arturo Aleman. Honorary casket bearers will be Ernie Baltazar, Sr. and Michael Muniz.
