Jesus Esquibel
Services: Fri., Mar. 4, 11 a.m.

Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., 
for Jesus Esquibel, 84, who passed away February 25, 2005, in Delano, CA. 
Father James Catalano and the Kern County Veterans Association will officiate. 

Mr. Esquibel was born on February 14, 1921, in Bena, CA and resided in Kern 
County for 84 years. He was a resident of McFarland for over 60 years, where 
he enjoyed playing dominos at the McFarland Senior Center. Mr. Esquibel was a 
proud veteran who served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a 
train engineer serving in Burma and India.

Mr. Esquibel worked for Perelli Minnetti Winery for 40 years plus and later 
retired from Superior Farms after 15 years. He was a lifetime member of the 
V.F.W. Post #8192 in Wasco.

Mr. Esquibel is survived by his son, Joe S. Esquibel and wife, Norma of 
Bakersfield; daughter, Ramona E. Guillen and husband, Steven of McFarland; 
son, Angelo R. Esquibel of Concord, CA; son, Steven P. Esquibel and wife, 
Carmen of McFarland; daughter, Julia M. Esquibel of Delano; son, Arthur H. 
Esquibel of McFarland and daughter, Sandra L. Esquibel of Bakersfield; 23 
grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sister, Connie Figueroa of Arvin and 
brothers, Frank Esquibel of Arvin and Joe Esquibel of Bakersfield.

Casketbearers will be Vincent Lopez, Jesus Esquibel, Joe Esquibel Jr., Matthew 
Guillen, Frank Esquibel, Angelo Esquibel Jr., Steven Esquibel Jr., and Joshua 
Esquibel.

Visitation beghins Thursday, 3:00-9:00 p.m.
