King and Kate Clark King. She was married twice first to William M. Hardwicke Jr., and then in 1946 to Bufford Earl Tressider. She followed Earl in his work to El Reno, Oklahoma and Lompoc, California. After retirement, they moved to Greeley, Colorado where Earl predeceased her in 1981. In 1986 she moved to Rosewood Retirement Community in Bakersfield to join her two sisters, Minnazelle King Danley and Josephine King Sefcik. Ann was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by her two stepdaughters, Peggy McWilliams of Farmington, NM and Mary Lou Fouts of Greeley, CO; three grandchildren, Phillip Hardwicke of Federal City, WA, William (Buddy) M. Hardwicke IV of Colorado Springs, CO and Katherine Hardwicke Johnson of Greeley, CO; her niece, Diane Sandridge of Bakersfield and several great-grandchildren, great-nieces and great-nephews. Those who predeceased her were her son, William M. Hardwicke III; sisters, Minnazelle King Danley and Josephine King Sefcik; her brother, Joe B. King Jr.; her nephew, Joe Ben King and her niece, Sharon King Bosworth. At Anns request no services are planned and interment will be in the family plot at Oakland Cemetery, in Clarksville, Arkansas. The family would like to extend their thanks to the caring staff of Rosewood Health Facility and to Hoffmann Hospice.
