Martin Thomas Rees 

Martin Thomas Rees passed away on Tuesday July 6, 2004. 

Martin was born in Crows Landing, CA on April 4, 1922 to William and Gladys 
Rees who originated from England. 

Martin married the love of his life Mickie on September 27, 1941. 

Martin was a WWII Veteran who served on the Pacific Campaign. After returning 
from the war, he worked as a truck driver until he retired in 1986.

Martin was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mickie in 1997 and their son 
David in 1943.

Martin is survived by his loving daughter Marti Schneider and her husband 
Steve; grandchildren Tim Clark, Steven Clark and his wife Tammy; great-
grandchildren Brittney, Bryson, Meghan, and Robert Clark; sister Mary Truett; 
niece Sandy Truett; nephew Creig Truett, his wife Patty and their children 
Stacy and Evan; and his cousin Joyce Bennett.

Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday July 15, 2004 at Riverlakes Church.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
