Martha Jane Leonard
Services: Monday, July 19, 11 a.m.

Martha Jane Leonard was born to Daniel Atwater Leonard Jr. and Geneva 
Kilpatrick Leonard on June 14, 1952 in Visalia, CA. She passed away in Santa 
Cruz on July 12, 2004. She was 52. 

Martha attended Ruth Gibson Elementary School and graduated from Bullard High 
School in Fresno, CA. She attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA where 
she was involved with the Choral Group. She had a beautiful singing voice.

Martha is survived by her father, Dan A. Leonard of Fresno and three sisters: 
Judith Leonard Fanucchi and Frank of rural Wasco and family: Julianna and Carl 
Hulick, Christina, Carl and Frankie of Yorba Linda, CA; Angela and Michael 
Wyatt, Caroline and Lilly of Murrels Inlet, South Carolina; Daniel and 
Kathleen Fanucchi; Annalee and Sophia of Bakersfield and Stephen and Julie 
Fanucchi of Bakersfield; sister, Danelle Leonard Gordon and Jim of Lemoore, CA 
and family, Christopher and Darcy Gordon of Scottsdale, AZ and Nicole Gordon 
Alvarez and Jorge and baby Damean of Kingsburg, CA; sister, Janelle Leonard 
Dennison of Clovis, CA and family: Brooke Dennison of Fresno, CA and Brian and 
Stacy Dennison, Tyler and Jaron of Phoenix, AZ. Martha was preceded in death 
by her mother, Geneva Pat Leonard on February 6, 2004.

Funeral services will be held at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel in Fresno, CA 
on Monday, July 19, at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Milt Cole of Riverlakes Community 
Church of Bakersfield will officiate. Burial will follow at Fresno Memorial 
Gardens.

Martha was dearly loved by her family.
