Recitation of the Rosary will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River 
Blvd., Sunday, July 18, at 7:00 P.M. and Mass of Christian Burial will be held 
on Monday, July 19, at 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 601 E. 
California Ave., for Julia Z. Rodriguez, 52, who passed away July 10, 2004 in 
Southern California. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 
Kern Canyon Rd. 

Julia was born on December 20, 1951, in Fabens, Texas and resided in Los 
Angeles County for 5 years. She attended Bakersfield High and graduated with 
the class of 1970. Julia was a good, loving and very caring sister who will be 
greatly missed by all of the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elvira Rodriguez. She is 
survived by her brother Luis Rodriguez of Bakersfield; five sisters, Lydia 
Gomez and Dora Aceves both of New Mexico, Nellie Rodriguez, Rosa Delgado, 
Celia Acuna and Josie Porras all of Bakersfield and all her nephews and nieces.

Casket bearers will be Luis Rodriguez, Max Huerta, Victor Porras, Joe Angel 
Nava, Robert Joe Viray and Eddie Nava.

Visitation begins Sunday, 12:00 P.M.
