Guadalupe Reyes Portillo

November 30, 1943 July 16, 2004 

Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 21, at 7:00 p.m., at 
Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., and Mass of Christian Burial will 
be held on Thursday, July 22, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Augustine Church, 10601 
Myrtle Ave., Lamont, for Guadalupe Reyes Portillo, 60, who passed away July 
16, 2004. Father John Schmoll will officiate. Interment will follow in 
Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Portillo was born on November 30, 1943, in Texas and resided in Kern 
County most of her life. She was an excellent mother, wife and cook who 
enjoyed sewing, gardening (roses) and crocheting.

Mrs. Portillo is survived by her husband, Dolores Portillo of Lamont; 
daughters, Lucy Carmona and Dianna Evans; sons, Juan, Jorge and Daniel 
Portillo and many grandchildren.

Casketbearers will be Juan Portillo, Jorge Portillo, Daniel Portillo, Omar 
Carmona, Omar Carmona Jr. and Walter Evans.

Visitation begins Wednesday, 2:00-7:00 p.m.
