Services: Thurs., July 22, 2 p.m. 

Mary Jo passed away July 17, 2004, in Morro Bay, CA. Mary Jo was born and 
raised in Delano, CA. She resided in Grover Beach for the past 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her father Joe Lerda and her husband Don Heath. 
Mary Jo is survived by her mother Mary Lerda; children Heather DeWeese, Rick 
DeWeese, Amanda DeWeese-Heath and Kristopher DeWeese-Heath; grandchildren 
Gracie and Alex; surviving brothers and sisters Leah and Gary Moore, Joe 
Lerda, Peggy and John Jiles, and Frank and Michelle Lerda. She leaves behind 
many nieces, nephews, relatives, good friends and a very special friend and 
companion Gaylen Claussen. Mary Jo was known for her loving, caring supportive 
spirit. She was a vibrant soul and will be greatly missed by all.

Viewing will be Thursday, July 22, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. at the Lane 
Family Funeral Home in Delano, CA. Services will be held the same day at 2:00 
p.m. at St. Marys Church in Delano.
