Services: Thurs., July 22, 10 a.m.

Services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Chapel, 2739 Panama Ln., 
Thursday, July 22, at 10:00 a.m., for Lucile G. Davis, 85, who passed away 
July 19, 2004, in Bakersfield. Rev. Bob Winter will officiate. 

Lucile was born February 17, 1919 in Oneta, Oklahoma and resided in Kern 
County for 82 years. She was a bookkeeper for D.A. Brown Trucking & Crane for 
40 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Lee Davis; and a son, Ernest 
Lee Davis Jr. Lucile is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and 
Aaron Hodges of Bakersfield; 7 grandchildren and their spouses, 21 great-grand-
children and their spouses; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin today, July 21, at 1 p.m.
