Tues, July 27 at 1:30 p.m.

Services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Chapel, 2739 Panama lane 
Tuesday, July 27, at 7:00 P. M., for Marjorie Zamora, 74 who passed away July 
22, 2004 in Bakersfield. Graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery, 
Potomac & King St., Wednesday, July 28 at 1:30 P. M. Marjorie was born 
February 22, 1930 in California and resided in Kern County for 65 years. She 
was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro & Francisca Martinez; 2 sons, 
Herbert & John Zamora; brother, Raymond Martinez; and 2 sisters, Dolores Ojeda 
and Mary Gandara. Marjorie is survived by her husband, Herbert Zamora; 
children & their spouses, Esther & Jerry Abbs, Paul & Anita Zamora, Carlos & 
Kelly Zamora and Rebecca & Ron Horne; daughter-in-law, Alicia Zamora; 11 
grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Benny & Pat Martinez; 
sisters, Lupe Granado, Julia Najera, Kathryn Simone; and many nieces and 
nephews. A special thanks to Dr. Talieh at BFMC, the Wound Care nurses, 
especially Becky and Odyssey Hospice. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 27 
from 1: 00 P. M to 9:00 P. M. and Wednesday, July 28, from 9: A.M. to noon.
