Jean Paul Green
August 11, 1919 July 20, 2004

Born in Milton, Oregon to Paul F. Green and Charlotte Ruth (Peringer) Green, 
Jean and his brother, Stanley V. Green (Herby) were raised in Washington and 
Oregon. 

Jean married Leona Lee Jordan in 1949 and moved to Bakersfield, California. He 
worked for Kern County Communications until his retirement. Upon retirement, 
Mr. and Mrs. Green lived in Cayucos, CA; Renton, WA; and Puyallup, WA. He 
returned to Bakersfield in June of 2004 and lived the remainder of his life 
with his son, David.

Jean was preceded in death by his brother, Herby Green and his wife, Leona 
Green. He is survived by his only child, David L. Green and his daughter-in-
law, Irma.

No services at Mr. Greens request. He will be greatly missed.
