Funeral services will be held at Canyon Hills Assembly of God Church, 7001 
Auburn Dr., on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. for Anita Louise Marani, 
who passed away on July 24, 2004. 

Anita, 67, was born on April 4, 1937, in Alma, Arkansas. Bakersfield, CA has 
been her home for 50 years. She and her husband, Albert Marani were involved 
in the automotive industry for 25 years, she then went to work for the 
Regional Occupational Center for 15 years as a computer lab assistant where 
she was loved by many.

Anita is survived by her sister, Rosemary Guimarra and her husband, Alfred; 
daughters, Antoinette Scott and her husband, Jeff and Angelia Marani; son, 
Adam L. Marani; grandchildren, Kimberley Rowles, Christy Abney and husband, 
Billy, Jonathan Marani and great-grandchildren, Kurt, Jensen and Elijah Abney 
and many other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation begins today 12:00 9:00 p.m.
