Bonnie Mae Chow
June 12, 1929 July 18, 2004

Bonnie Mae Chow, 75, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Pine Ridge Nursing 
Home in Salt Lake City on July 18, 2004 after a long illness. She was born in 
Rome, Georgia but spent 43 years in Bakersfield, CA raising her family. 

She was baptized as one of the Jehovahs Witnesses in 1959 and remained a 
faithful Witness until her death. She strongly believed in the hope of the 
resurrection to a paradise earth and she looked forward to that time promised 
by Jehovah God in Revelation 21:3,4. She taught her children to have a firm 
faith in Jehovah and His word the Bible.

Her husband of 40 years, William Y. Chow Sr., preceded her in death in 1988. 
She is survived by her 3 children, Bill Chow (Rae Lee) of Salt Lake City, 
Utah; Patty Elam (Robert); and Cindy Rumph (Mark) of Billings, Montana; 5 
grandchildren, Kim and Shane Chow, Elise, Mark Jr. and Faith Ann Rumph; 4 
sisters, Doris, Mary Jo, Evelyn and Millie; and 2 brothers, Cecil and Roy, all 
of Georgia.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., at 
Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St., Murray, UT.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to the Watchtower Society, 35 
Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

The Chow family wishes to thank the Pine Ridge Nursing Home staff in SLC for 
the daily care and comfort given to our Mom for the last 12 years and for the 
comfort provided by the Odyssey Hospice Care team in the last few weeks.
