Stanley Leon Linton, Sr.
Sept. 21, 1952 July 24, 2004

Stanley Linton, Sr. was born September 21, 1952, in Bakersfield, CA to 
Clarence T. and Velma Linton. He was the first child of four children. He 
attended local schools and later joined the Navy where he served his country 
for four years. 

Stanley leaves his memories to his wife, Gwynetta; two sons, Stanley (Toya) 
and Clarence Linton; one daughter, Valerie Linton; two sisters, Lessie 
Holiwell (Mark) of Bakersfield, CA and Marilyn Steward (George) of Visalia, 
CA; one brother, Bobby Beed of Bakersfield, CA; father and mother-in-law, 
William and Gloria McCullough of Fresno, CA; a godmother, Bobbie Jean 
Armstrong of Bakersfield, CA; and a host of loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Stanley Leon Linton will be held on Friday, July 30, 
2004, 10:00 a.m., at Church of Christ Christian Ministries, 1416 Wilson Road, 
Bakersfield, CA with Bishop Bernard Wallace officiating. A Veteran Committal 
Ceremony to immediately follow in Union Cemetery.

A viewing and visitiation will begin at 1:00 p.m. for Stanley, in the Chapel 
of Beloved Care Funeral Services, 115 18th St., Bakersfield, CA with a 
meditation/wake to be held from 6:00 8:00 p.m. For additional funeral
