Margaret Anita Agnes Jacobs Beckwith
Born May 5, 1917. Joined our Lord August 1, 2004 peacefully in her sleep.

She was born to Mary and Peter Jacobs in 1917 in Visalia, CA. She was 6th in a 
family of 8 children. She was schooled at St. Marys Grammar School and Mt. 
Whitney High School. Wife of George Willis Uncle Bill Beckwith for 67 years. 
She is survived by her sisters, Evelyn Dawson and Kelly Feltes; son, Gerald 
and his wife, Terry; son, Michael and his wife, Stephanie. Her grandchildren 
include Jason and wife, Anicia, Jennifer, Sarah, Carrie Ann, and Sean and his 
wife, Cristine; her great-granddaughter, Ava and many more nieces and nephews. 

Margaret was a parishioner of St. Josephs Church for 60 years. She was a 
member of the Altar Society for many years and especially enjoyed doing the 
bulletins with the girls. She was an Auxiliary volunteer at KMC and spent many 
years working in the snack bar there.

Over the years, Margaret and her sisters embroidered hundreds of pillow cases 
for the Pediatrics Ward of Kaweah Delta Hospital. Margaret will be missed by 
all those who loved her.

Visitation will be held at Hopson-Anspach Family Mortuary, Tuesday, 2-6 p.m. A 
Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. following the visitation. Mass of Christian 
Burial will be Wednesday, at St. Josephs, 10 a.m. with burial to follow at 
Hillcrest Cemetery.
