Mae was born on May 14, 1917, in Melbourne, Arkansas. She moved to Buttonwillow in 1961 where she lived until the good Lord called her home. Mae loved to work outside in her garden. She also loved to cook. She cooked the best chicken and dumplings anyones ever tasted. Mae was a very loving and caring person. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lebert; her sons, Leon, Bobby, Jim, Walter and Cecil; daughter, Mary; and granddaughter, Mary Leeann. She leaves behind her sons, Lebert Bubby, Jerry, Butch and Chief; sister-in-law, Nina Parrish; numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces and nephews. We will miss her greatly.
