When Al was two, his parents, Al and Mary Harral moved to Bakersfield and started an orange orchard. Al was survived by his son, Alfred Harral III and grandson, William Harral. Al was a pioneer in his day, doing many things that most would say was impossible. He labored hard and built up a welding and machine shop. He enjoyed a good chuckle and had many good friends. Though he was a quiet person he was also a very giving person. He was happy, easy going and possessed a quiet faith in God. We find it true what Solomon wrote: We all have happy memories of good men gone to their reward, Proverbs 10:7a Please check out his sons website: www.varmintal.com/apopt.htm for pictures and stories. A visitation begins Wednesday, November 30th, from 4-8 p.m., at Hillcrest Mortuary. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 1st, at 11:00 a.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
