Sue Hatcher 
1913 - 2005 
Services: Tues. Sept. 27, 2:00 p.m. 

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 27th at 2:00 p.m. at 
Hillcrest Memorial Park for Sue Hatcher, 92, who passed away at home with her 
family by her side on September 22, 2005. Sue has been a resident of Kern 
County for the past 68 years and many people will remember her for the 20 plus 
years that she worked at Baker Drug on Chester Ave. Her special interests 
included flowers and working in her yard, dancing and loving to shop for 
shoes. Her real love was her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She has 
been a member of the Post 6601 VFW Ladies Auxiliary for the past 53 years. Her 
philosophy on life If you cant do it right, dont do it at all Sue is survived 
by her sons and daughters-in-law Billy and Pat Richardson of Lancaster, Ed and 
Toddie Richardson and Mike and Donna Hatcher all of Bakersfield, 6 
grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. The family 
would like to give special thanks to Patti and Tanika Waye her neighbors, 
Adrianne with Optimal Hospice, Manuela, Savanah and Darlene with Agape Home 
Care, Kathy at Dr. Taliehs office and all her caring neighbors and friends. 
Visitation will be Monday, September 26th from 4-8 p.m. at Mish Funeral Home.
