Jess Lonzo Henderson 
March 6, 1920 - October 7, 2005 

Jess was born in Wenette, Oklahoma on March 6, 1920 to Jess and Mattie 
Henderson. He passed away on October 7, 2005, in Bakersfield. Jess was 
preceded in death by his two sisters Hazel Oliver and Margaret Osborn and 
brother Darrel Henderson. Jess was married to Madelene Henderson for 63 years 
who survives him. He is also survived by his sister Wilda Moren and brother 
and sister-in-law Sam and Della Henderson; daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley 
and Jack Roberts and Marilyn and Tom Self; son and daughter-in-law Jerry and 
Melba Henderson; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will 
be Sunday October 9, 11:00 a. m. - 9:00 p. m., with Graveside services on 
Monday, October 10, at 9:30 a. m. in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd.
