Dorothy Fay Henson 
Services: Mon., Dec. 19, 11:00 a.m. 

Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 
Panama Lane and Hwy. 99, for Dorothy Fay Henson, 79, who went to live with the 
Lord on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005. Dr. Larry Dotson will officiate. Dorothy 
spent the last six months of her life trying to recover from a stroke. Dorothy 
was born in Niles, MI and moved to Bakersfield in 1958. She had been a past 
President of the Ladys Auxiliary for the local VFW. Dorothy's favorite past 
time was to raise French Poodles. Dorothy is survived by sons, Robert Henson 
and wife, Melanie Henson, and Jerry Henson; grandchildren, Kim and Matt 
Hampton, Robby Henson, Jerry Henson Jr., and Brad Henson; three great-
grandchildren; 5 brothers and 7 sisters. She was a loving mother and 
grandmother, her family was always the most important thing in her life and 
she will surely be missed by all. Visitation begins today, Sunday 3-9 p. m.
