Its hard to believe that its been a year since; I last saw your beautiful smile, gave you butterfly kisses and held you tight in my arms. I miss you so much and my heart hurts to see you again, but I thank God for his love and grace for blessing me to have experienced your joy, your love, and your beautiful big eyes which said, I love you mommy. Mylia, you were and will always be my angel. I would also like to take this time to thank everyone who prayed for my baby girl, helped take care of her or gave me an encouraging word for her. I might not have told you but you all blessed me and gave the strength to go on while, Lele was alive and after the Lord called her home. I thank you for your many cards, words of love, food, monetary gifts and flowers. I want to thank the Kern County Sheriffs Department and the people I work with for being understanding and supportive. I want to thank my church family at St. John Missionary Baptist Church for your love. I would also like to thank Mike and Barbra of the New Life Center Church and its members for their prayers and cards. I am very grateful to the staffs of the Neurology, at CCC Hospital, in Fresno, The Kern Regional, Doctors and Nurses, The Juvenile Justice Center, McKinley School, Rafer Johnson, Kern County and Bakersfield City Bus Drivers for your loving care for watching Mylia while transporting her. Finally, I want to thank my family, friends, who helped Mylia, and I would especially like to thank Gerrie for the special things you did. You were never overlooked. Your Mom, Cabrini D.
