Earnestine Juanita Fryer (Nita) 
October 1, 1942 - July 1, 2005 

A memorial graveside service for Nita will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 
July 5, 2005 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Phil Wallace officiating. 
Nita passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born and 
raised in Bakersfield, attended local schools and graduated from East 
Bakersfield High. Nita is preceded in death by her husband Bob (Okie) Fryer, 
father Charles Head, baby brother Clayton, granddaughter Sunshine, 2 nephews 
and a niece. Survivors are her mother Ann (Head) and stepfather Bert Brewer; 
her sisters and their husbands Betty and Don Ryan, Gloria and Bill Kerker, her 
twin sister Rita McKinley and partner Arlen Dopson; son Eddie and Deana Heath; 
daughters Becci Heath and Suzzie Rowles; stepchildren Vickie Brum, Brenda 
Fryer and Kenny Fryer. She also leaves 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 
many nieces, nephews and a large group of friends from Lebec and Bakersfield. 
A special thanks to all of you for helping her through this very difficult 
time. And, a very special thanks to all the wonderful staff at CBCC, and for 
the care provided by Optimal Hospice at the end of her very long battle.
