Buddy Casper Hogan was born on February 24, 1968 in Wasco, CA. He attended Wasco High and was a member of the Apostolic Faith Center. Casper loved music, fishing and traveling. But most of all he loved his family and friends. Casper is survived by his wife of 10 years, Rosie Hogan of Bakersfield; his sons and daughters, Robert Bernal, Jessica Prieto, Michael, Nancy and Brianna Bernal, Danny, Dallas and Skye Hogan; his mother, Opal Wilson of Wasco; brother, sister and brother-in-law, Terry, Dolores and Dan, all of Oklahoma; his son-in-law, Cirilo; daughters-in-law, Alicia and Katrina. Casper loved playing with his grandchildren, Robert Jr., Michael Jr. Bernal and Lorraine Prieto and was excited that he was going to have another granddaughter. Casper was a man that never said no to anyone. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. He really touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed but he will remain in our hearts and memories forever.
