Amelia L. Jackson 
Services: Wed., Oct. 19, 1:00p.m. 

Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., 
for Amelia L. Jackson, 83, who passed away October 14, 2005, in Bakersfield. 
Father Ralph Belluomini will officiate. Amelia was born on April 19, 1922, in 
Waco, Texas and resided in Kern County for 75 years. She worked as a real 
estate appraiser for 22 years. Amelia was preceded in death by her husband, 
Norman V. Jackson, and son, Steven V. Jackson. She is survived by her son, 
Jeffrey F. Jackson and wife Betty of Bakersfield, granddaughter Juliana Shepp 
and husband Steve of Truckee, granddaughter Jennifer Rico and husband Jose of 
Bakersfield and dear friends Frank and Elaine Petrini of Bakersfield. A loving 
mother, grandmother, and friend, Amelia was a pillar and guiding light to all 
she touched. Her wisdom, love, and artistic talents will be greatly missed. No 
visitation is scheduled.
