Jazmin and Rosita P. Jazmin. He joined his heavenly father at 8:30 PM on January 8, 2006 surrounded by his family at the Jazmin home in Huntington Beach, CA. He attended Delano High School and in 1967, he was drafted to serve his country in the U.S. Army Signal Corp. His tour of duty took him to Vietnam where he served for 2 years. He attended Cal State University Bakersfield where he graduated with a Physics degree. He later completed his Masters degree in Business Administration at LaVerne and was completing his Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University. For 25 years, Conrado worked as an Aerospace Engineer with Boeing International in various Engineering capacities. Conrado was an active member with Toastmasters in Seal Beach and he served as Vice President of the Southern California AMOR Chapter. Conrados passion was playing a round of golf, reading intellectual books and spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Conrado is survived by his wife of 22 years, Ophelia Jazmin and his two children, Julie Jazmin-Rice, Robert Rice (son-in-law) and Richard Jazmin; 3 grandchildren; brothers, Roman P. Jazmin, Sr., Jose P. Jazmin; and sisters, Evelyn P. Jazmin and Sonia P. Jazmin. Visitations will be held Thursday, January 12, 2006, from 3-8 PM at Dilday Brothers Funeral Directors, 17911 Beach Blvd. In Huntington Beach, CA and Friday, January 13, 2006 from 3-8 PM at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary, 2739 Panama Lane, Bakersfield, CA. Burial services will be Saturday, January 14, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Philip the Apostle Church at 7100 Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield, CA with interment to follow at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery.
