Lee Ledair Johnson 
Feb. 19, 1912 - Nov. 12, 2005 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 16, at 1:30 p.m. at the 
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 5500 Fruitvale Ave., for Lee 
Ledair Johnson, 93, who passed away November 12, 2005 at home with his family 
around him. Bishop Bruce Divelbiss will officiate. Lee was born in Kansas in 
1912. He moved to Bakersfield in 1939. Lee worked for Kern Valley Meat Packing 
for many years. The two things Dad liked most in life were spending time with 
family and friends and going fishing. Lee is survived by his sons, Gilbert 
Johnson and wife, Helen and Wes Johnson; sister, Dorothy Redd; grandchildren, 
Wes and Tammy Johnson, Kimberly Weese and Brandy Buchanon, Megan and Emily 
Johnson and numerous great- grandchildren. A special thanks to family and 
friends and Optimal Hospice. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday at 
12:30 p. m., in the Relief Society Room. Interment will be private.
