Max gave his life to our God over two years ago. His faith in Jehovah kept up his spirit and helped him to enjoy life. The family wants to give special thanks to all the people who shared his life, Jehovahs Witnesses, Linda Armstrong and Veronica Raf who came faithfully every Sunday to help us keep our faith in God; to Dr. Patrick Daily who came when he was needed the most; Doctors Ahmed and Magalong; Apria Healthcares, Kathleen, Carol and Ray; Maxim Healthcare nurse, Debbie, who always answered our calls and came when needed; to Delano Regional Hospital who took the time to teach us about his care; to Tahairh Jackson and Victoria Robinson who helped bring him home; to Jan Warren, friend and caregiver for two years, her care was the best for Max; to Susan Smith and Carl for the carwash at the Skylark Lounge and to our friends who helped and worked so hard for us and to those who shared special moments with Max and to those at work who filled in for me when I was away so much. We would like to also thank the Bakersfield Californian and Christine Soto who wrote an article about us. It changed our life for the better. Max is survived by his wife, Anna Leora Jackson; children, Max Jackson, Jr., Joseph Marvin Jackson, Richard Alan Jackson, Bryon Nelson Jackson and Patricia Marlene Banducci; 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and his 2 sisters, Diania Miller and Linda Spencer.
