Sandra Gail Payne 
Services: Sun., Aug. 21, 12 p.m. 

Sandra Gail Payne was born March 13, 1956 and passed away August 15, 2005, at 
the age of 49. She graduated from East High. Her love of the ocean and animals 
led her to Ventura where she had her own business. She also had a love for 
turtles and was often referred to as one by family and friends. She was 
preceded in death by her parents, Geraldine and Kenneth Judd. She is survived 
by her husband, Bruce Payne; daughter, Sara; stepchildren, Kurt and Sonia; 
grandchildren, Shyloh, Isaac and Derek Payne; her sisters, Donna Horvath and 
Carolyn Blanton; nieces, Johnna, Shannon, Megan and Maranda; and nephew, Noel. 
Sandys family was blessed to spend her final months by her side, assisting 
with her care. We will miss her dearly. A celebration of life will be held at 
Grover Beach, Sunday, August 21, 12:00 p.m. For details call (805) 444-0776. 
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a homeless center.
