Beverly was born January 23, 1929, in Long Beach, CA, but has resided in Bakersfield since she was a child. She was the daughter of John Severn Juhl and Jeanett Elizabeth Grau (Calvert). She married Donald Ray Beauchamp November 18, 1967, in Bakersfield, CA. They had no children of their own but Beverly lovingly cared for her nieces and nephews as a second mother. Beverly struggled with poor health throughout her life, having been afflicted with spinal meningitis at the age of 9 months which left her partially paralyzed on one side. She had a generous nature and loved to sing in the church choir. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints. Survivors include her beloved husband of 38 years, Donald Ray Beauchamp; nieces, Deborah Hill, Kimberly Chapman, Tamara Chapman, Kelli Swedenskey, Linda Laisey; nephews, Michael MacLyman, Russell MacLyman, Robert Bouzas; great-niece, Jodi Perry along with 6 great-nephews and 5 great-nieces, 2 great-great-nephews and 4 great-great-nieces of whom Beverly thought the world of.
