Services: Mon., Jan. 9, 10:00 a.m. 

Services for Lisa Anne Karlen will include visitationon January 8, 2006, from 
2 to 5 p.m. and a Graveside Service on Monday, January 9, 2006, at 10:00 
a.m.,bothat Hillcrest Memorial Park. Lisa was born in Brookfield, Missouri, on 
January 23, 1961. She moved to California in 1962 and has been a resident of 
Kern County for over 40 years. Lisa was a very devoted wife, mother, and 
grandmother. Lisa attended Bakersfield schools, and she became an active 
volunteer in her childrens schools. Lisa is survived by her husband, Daniel 
Karlen; children, Christie Allen Stout, Ralph Edward Chambers, Timothy 
Chambers, Marjorie Ralls, Christopher, Daniel, Danielle, Tamarra, and Charles 
Karlen. Lisa is also survived by her grandchildren, Terry, Daniel, Jason, 
Jaylee, Mason, and Hailey; brother, Christopher Cunningham and his wife, 
Tracy; sister, Susan Cobb; nephews and their families, all of Bakersfield.Lisa 
was a wonderful person and was deeply loved by all. Her memory will live on 
forever through her loving family.
