Mary Sue Kuhs 
March 18, 1925 - October 22, 2005 

Mary Sue Kuhs, beloved mother of Chris Robert Kuhs, passed away on Saturday, 
October 22, 2005. She was born on March 18, 1925, in Abilene, Texas. She moved 
to Lamont, California in 1929. Mary Sue was married to Jess Robert Kuhs on 
October 24, 1953. Mrs. Kuhs had worked for Hagestad Drilling Company as a 
bookkeeper for 50 years. She loved painting and had shown her works at 
numerous arts and crafts shows over the past 20 years. She was preceded in 
death by her husband of 50 years, Jess Kuhs. She is survived by her son, Chris 
Kuhs and wife, Paula of Battle Ground, WA; grandchildren, Christina of 
Vancouver, WA and Jeffrey of Battle Ground, WA; sister, Maxine Dawson Rees of 
Bakersfield, CA and brother, Elmo Polson of Redding, CA. Viewing will be on 
Wednesday, October 26th from 4:00-8:00 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel. Chapel 
services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 27th, at Funeraria 
Del Angel. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Mary Sue will be greatly 
missed by all who knew and loved her.
