Eva Krekeler
Services: Tues., May 3, 10:00 a.m.

Eva Krekeler, a resident of Kern County for over 60 years, died April 22, 
2005, at Santa Teresita Manor, in Duarte, California. 

Eva was born November 30, 1909, in Mishawaka, Indiana. She was preceded in 
death by her husband of 62 years, Clarence Krekeler. While living in Taft, 
California, Eva was a member of St. Mary's Young Lady's Institute. After 
moving to Bakersfield, she was an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help 
Church.

Her survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, George and Sheila Krekeler of 
Phoenix, AZ and Steven and Mary Ellen Krekeler of Monrovia, CA; her daughters 
and sons-in-law Roberta and Earl Blalock of La Habra, CA and Susan and Pete 
Granucci of Bakersfield, CA; her sister, Alice Pritts of Mishawaka, IN; 20 
grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren. All will 
miss her sweet and gentle spirit and her loving and patient manner.

A Memorial Mass for Eva will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 124 
Columbus St., Bakersfield, CA on Tuesday, May 3, 10 a.m.
