Rose Marie Love 
Services: Fri., Jan. 27, 10:00 a.m. 

Services will be held today Friday, January 27, 10:00 a.m., at Hillcrest 
Memorial Park. Rose was born March 21, 1948, in Bakersfield, CA and died at 
home in Buttonwillow on January 23, 2006. She was the youngest daughter of 
five children born to James Sr. and Othelma Gilder. Rose attended schools in 
Bakersfield and came to know Christ at an early age. She met and married Bobby 
Louis Love of Buttonwillow in 1966. From this union were born 4 children, 
Stephanie Marie, Bobby Timothy, Marla Dawn and Bryant Louis Love. Rose was a 
homemaker and a loving wife and mother. Rose was preceded in death by her son, 
Bobby Timothy Love and parents, James Sr. and Othelma Gilder. Rose leaves to 
cherish her memory her husband, Bobby L. Love of Buttonwillow, CA; her son, 
Bryant Louis Love of Buttonwillow, CA; her daughters, Stephanie Marie 
Rodriguez and husband, Arthur of Chowchilla, CA, Marla Dawn Love of 
Bakersfield, CA; precious grandchildren, Tasha Rodriguez, Christopher 
Rodriguez, Carl Turner Jr. and Jasmine Smith; brother, James T. Gilder Jr. of 
Bakersfield, CA; sisters, Patricia Banks of Fresno, CA, Gloria Carral and 
husband, Alfred of Fresno, CA, Genevieve Henderson and husband, Donald of 
South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
