Pastor Tyree Toliver from St. Johns Missionary Church will be officiating the service. Born in Hutchinson, Kansas and preceded in death by his loving parents, Robert Lee Lane and Grace Marie Hill Lane, and his most beloved wife of 32 years, Mildred May Morley Lane. Brothers, Robert, Howard and Ralph also preceded Eugene. He is survived by niece, Helen Rowe of Houston, Texas and nephew, Robert Lane of California. Eugene graduated from Kern County Union High School, served in the Army Air Corps WWII, Weather Service. Retired from Santa Fe Railroad after 38 years as Electrician, Barstow Bakersfield. Gene, Molly and all your best friends are sure going to miss you. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that contributions be made to the local SPCA in memory of Eugene Lane. Eugene Left This Memory: I want to thank all those people in my life who guided me, mentored me and emotionally supported me in my life. They helped me remove the stones of life and made a pathway of Gems, thank you. Remember, the biggest hindrance to an Education is talking when you should be listening.
