She was born in Mountain View, Arkansas on July 4, 1925. She had 7 brothers and sisters. Lillian was a wonderful loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was very actively involved in the lives of all of her family. She made the best chocolate chip cookies in the world and made them especially for her family. One of her favorite pastimes, besides crocheting, was to rock the babies of her family and friends. She was loved and will truly be missed by all those who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Joseph; her sons, William and his wife, Cathy, Carl and his wife, Jan, Kenneth and his wife, Carol, Kevin and his wife, Beth; grandchildren, Crystal Roach and her husband, Jim, Melissa Sweaney and her husband, Roger, Brandi Dukes and her husband, Scott, Jennifer Brannen and her husband, Jason, Rebecca Cox and her husband, Mike, Joseph K. Jarrett, Joslynn Jarrett-Alsey, Jamie Jarrett, Andrew Jarrett, Madeline Jarrett, Evan Jarrett, Aubrey Jarrett; 16 great- grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. The family would like to thank Optimal Hospice and especially nurse Alice Bender and Anita for the loving kindness shown to Lillian and her family. Please send donations to Optimal Hospice in lieu of flowers. Viewing begins Tuesday, September 6th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary, 2739 Panama Ln. Services will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Chapel, with interment to follow in Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery.
