Judith Lynn LeValley Russell
Services: Fri., April 29, 11 a.m.

Our Judy passed away in Boise, Idaho, on April 24, 2005, after a courageous 
five-year battle with breast cancer. 

Judy was a life long resident of Bakersfield and Kern County where she enjoyed 
her life with family and countless friends. Judy graduated from East 
Bakersfield High in 1965, attended Bakersfield College and Cal State 
Bakersfield. She had a noble career working for the care and welfare of the 
children of Kern County.

Judy is survived by her son and his wife, Jeff and Leigh Ann Russell; her 
daughter, Kerri Russell Dunn and husband David; the joys of her life, her 
granddaughters, Shelby Dunn and Katelyn Dunn; mother, Phylis LeValley; 
brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve LeValley and Kitty, David and Sharon, Scott 
and Kelly and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her 
husband, Joe Russell in 1999 and her father, Edwin G. LeValley in 1998. 

A Catholic graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2005 
at Greenlawn Cemetery on River Boulevard, in Bakersfield at 11:00 a.m. Family 
and friends will gather to honor Judys memory and to give thanks and prayers 
for this wonderful person who has brought such joy and happiness to all of our 
lives.
