Albert Victor Luckey (Vic) 
September 14, 1936 - June 6, 2005 

Local actor, Vic Luckey, 68, passed away after a brief battle with cancer. 
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, raised in Stockton, CA, Vic graduated from 
College of the Pacific (now UOP). Vic wrote poetry, stories, and plays. His 
lifelong love of theater began in high school, flourished in Sacramento, and 
continued in Bakersfield with BCT, Spotlight, and his own productions. At 
their 45th high school reunion, Vic and Brooke Lewis met again, this time 
falling in love. Vic will always be remembered for his quick wit, sense of 
humor, and loving care of the foster babies he and Brooke welcomed into their 
home. Vic was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother. He is survived 
by three sons; two daughters; two sisters; a brother, grandchildren, and his 
loving fiancée, Brooke. In accordance with Vics wishes, there will be no 
services. Remembrances may be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Bakersfield.
