George H. McCoy 
April 24, 1937 - October 21, 2005 

George passed away on Friday, October 21, 2005, at the age of 93. He was 
preceded in death by wife, Kay Hudson McCoy. George attended school in 
Reedley, CA, where he graduated in 1930, he then attended U.C. Berkeley, San 
Francisco Medical Center and graduated in 1932 with a degree in Pharmacy. He 
married Kay Hudson on April 24, 1937 and moved to Bakersfield, CA, in 1944 and 
in 1945 they bought Kern Drug Company. In 1973 they moved to Morro Bay. George 
is survived by his daughter, Diane Propert and her husband, Larry of Sanger; 
grandchildren, George Propert of Nevada and Margarett Wunder and her husband, 
Eugene of Atwater. Private services were held.
