Guadalupe H. Mediano 
Dec. 12, 1916 - Oct. 26, 2005 

Visitation for Guadalupe H. Mediano will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 
Niles Street) on Thursday, November 3, 2005 from 4:00-9:00 p.m. with a Rosary 
recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. 
Augustine Catholic Church on Friday, November 4, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Interment 
will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Uncle Lupe was born December 12, 1916 
in Ruidosa, Texas to Miguel and Florencia Mediano and he passed away on 
October 26, 2005 with his nephew Frank (whom he raised) by his side. He is 
preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and one sister. He is 
survived by his brother, Ignacio Mediano and numerous nieces and nephews. He 
lived in Lamont, California most of his adult life, he then became ill and he 
moved into Pleasant Care Convalescent for the remainder of his life. Uncle 
Lupe enjoyed being around his family and numerous friends. He was a good 
hearted person and at times grouchy, especially to his niece Josie. He was 
Uncle to everyone. He was loved by all that knew him and he will be greatly 
missed. The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to 
the nurses and staff at Pleasant Care Convalescent. For additional service or
